GA Miller Architecture has provided architectural and engineering services to Emerald City Pizza (ECP), the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in Washington State, for several projects.

In addition to the complete gutting and remodeling of their Enumclaw store, ECP is adding new store locations, including this one in Puyallup, Washington.

Opening in July, 2003, this project is located within a new strip center, and is a tenant improvement, rather than a stand-alone building.

Mr. Miller works closely with Mr. Chuck Henderson, the construction manager at ECP to ensure the design meets his needs from an operational standpoint, but also that all fire / life safety, energy, and accessible codes are met as well.
