GLEN A. MILLER, RA CSI

Mr. Miller has
over 22 years experience in a multitude of projects,
including wood frame, masonry, and steel frame
construction. His responsibilities include direct
involvement in all phases of projects, from contract
negotiation through post-construction occupancy.
Pride is taken in giving each client the personal
attention their project needs and deserves, in
which repeat client will attest. Because of his
direct involvement in every project, he is acutely
aware of the project schedule, and consequently
has always met his client’s deadlines and
time frames. |

| PROJECT EXPERIENCE: |
Numerous
projects have been completed under
Mr. Miller’s direction, with
an emphasis on remodeling existing
retail, restaurant, financial institutions,
and office facilities. Other projects
include mixed-use industrial, multi-family,
public buildings. |

of existing structures. Existing structures
may need improvements clients may
not be aware of. Mr. Miller can identify
issues such as hazardous materials,
structural upgrades, and code issues
clients may not have identified in
their construction budgets. |

experience in commercial project remodels,
additions, and alterations. Projects
of varying size include wood frame,
masonry, concrete and metal frame.
While sensitive to budget constraints,
site limitations, or other issues,
goals are met with appropriate design,
thorough documentation, and active
construction administration. |

with public agencies and clients to
ensure complete and timely approval
of Contract Documents. |

As a user of AutoCad/IntelliCAD
software for over 18 years, Mr. Miller
is quite experienced with computers
and Computer Aided Design/Drafting (CADD).
He has developed standards that govern
documentation of CADD files, and has
customized his system to maximize project
productivity. Standards can be quickly
tailored to each project. |
